Privacy Policy
How information is handled when you use StudyStride.
Scope and contact
This policy applies to studystride.online, an educational publication operating under the name StudyStride. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected]. Policy last updated: 3 October 2026.
Information you provide
You can read our guides without creating an account or submitting personal details. If you email us, your email service sends your address, message and any attachments to the receiving email service. Provide only information needed for your enquiry. Do not send passwords, student identification, financial information or sensitive academic records.
How correspondence is used
Information provided in a message is used to respond to the enquiry, investigate a reported problem or consider a correction or topic suggestion. Messages are not automatically published as comments or testimonials. The site has no newsletter signup or visitor profile system.
Technical information and service providers
Hosting, network security and email providers may process information needed to deliver and protect their services, such as IP addresses, request times, device or browser information and delivery records. Their processing and retention depend on the provider and service configuration. Sending an email or requesting a web page involves these service providers even though the page itself is static.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The current website code does not set cookies, use browser local storage or load analytics, advertising or affiliate-tracking scripts. There are no embedded social media widgets or third-party fonts. Hosting or security infrastructure may use mechanisms needed to deliver or protect the service. This policy will be updated if optional tracking or advertising is introduced, with consent controls where required.
Retention and security
Email and technical records may remain with the relevant service providers under their retention settings. No fixed deletion period is promised here. If you want to ask about or request deletion of correspondence you sent, contact us from the email address used for that message. No method of internet transmission or storage can guarantee complete security.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to email us and still read the guides. Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us with the details of your request. Verification may be necessary, and applicable legal obligations can affect what can be deleted.
Younger readers
The guides are educational and do not require students to provide personal information. Younger readers should involve a parent or guardian before sending personal details. If you believe a child has sent information that should be removed, contact us so the request can be addressed.
External websites
Some guides link to educational sources. When you follow an external link, the destination operates under its own privacy practices. A reference link does not mean StudyStride controls that service.
Policy changes
This page will be revised when website features or relevant information-handling practices change. The date above identifies the latest policy revision. Review it before using any newly introduced feature that collects information.
